

TagTansu is a wardrobe system with which we can easily capture pictures of clothes and add annotations to create a database of clothes. With an embedded hook sensor module, touch display, and cameras inside the doors, the users can easily take pictures of clothes and add annotations to the pictures just by hanging the clothes on a hook. This is a joint project by Koji Tsukada, Ph.D.

CastOven is a microwave oven with an embedded LCD display which enables us to enjoy videos while we are waiting for the completion of cooking. The mission of the prototype is to demonstrate a novel shape of computer, where systems identify our idle time in daily life and deliver an appropriate amount of media content to us to enjoy during our idle time. This is a joint project by Keita Watanabe, Ph.D.

An assortment of generic footprint data for Illustrator. Few PCB layout softwares can handle acrobatic wiring that we often do with polyurethane-insulated copper wires. It can increase the density of the circuit of prototyping boards such as perfboards or stripboards to plan it with insulated wires, with which we can allow multiple overlaps of the electric connection. Illustrator may be a good alternative to those softwares.
